A removable Picatinny Rail Extension is now included with all U-RACS to ensure full use of your 12 o’ clock rail.
ONLY for suppressors up to 1.700″ (43 mm) diameter.
This size Suppressor Shield will not work on suppressors larger than 1.700″. These will not work with 1.71 or 1.73″ suppressors.
The U-RAC Suppressor Shield delivers superior suppressor protection while maintaining minimal weight. Designed for extensive compatibility, it integrates with standard AR-15, SIG MCX/MPX, HK416, and AR-10 rails using a Picatinny rail grabber that also supports the Unity Tactical FUSIONâ„¢ folding front sight. Note:Â Only one accessory can be mounted to the Rail Grabber at a time.
The U-RAC’s free-floating, air-gapped design protects the user and enables the mission without increasing peak suppressor temperatures or inhibiting suppressor cool down. Its quick-disconnect system ensures a secure fit, even under full-auto fire. Crafted with a lightweight aluminum coupler and high-temp carbon fiber, the U-RAC is a precision tool built for peak performance in any environment.
MODTAC Rail Extension (NOW included with EVERY U-RAC!)
Primary Use:Â Forward mounting position for lasers or tactical lights
Benefit:Â Moves laser/light systems off your handguard rail onto extension over the Suppressor Shield, maximizing available handguard rail space for better grip or other accessories
Ideal For:Â Operators who need forward-mounted laser targeting or illumination systems
Requirement:Â Primary sight system must be 1.73″ height over rail or taller when mounting a tactical laser
