The slots on each side guide the cummerbund to ensure proper tracking during expansion/movement. The Hook Variant is compatible with the USMC Gen III Plate Carrier, Ferro FCPC V5, most First Spear Carriers, Mayflower APC/LEPC, and other loop-backed rear plate bag carriers.
