Raptor Tactical MARVN Rucksack

The Raptor MARVN RUCKSACK was built based on the ARVN pack known from the Vietnam War era. It is a simple one-compartment tactical backpack with a capacity of about 25 liters. Two side pockets 1.5 liters each, and top flap 3 liters. Perfect for active recreation in the mountains, skiing/biking, or as an everyday use bag. Laser-cut panels allow for the attachment of additional pockets and pouches to the front and sides of the backpack.

The main zipper allows access to the entirety of the pack’s contents, while the maintaining top access via a cinch-top closure. On each side of the pack, special cutouts allow for the routing of cables or water hoses. The replaceable X frame is made of a strong spring steel; the wearing of the pack allows the frame to curve and flex to the contour of the user’s body or plate carrier. An internal flat pocket allows for the safe transportation of documents, maps, and other flat items. The further-most rear side of the inside of the pack features laser-cut MOLLE for the mounting of pouches and accessories. The Raptor MARVN RUCKSACK has two large zippered pockets in the front of the pack, which fit the M18 Claymore mine. Behind each pouch, there is an additional compartment secured with the snap button for smaller items. The top flap features MOLLE and a Chemlight pouch that allows the user to mark his bag.

The shoulder straps are sufficiently thick and well-shaped to provide great comfort during use, while rigid enough to securely mount items such as a PTT or even a small radio. The waist and chest strap feature Fastex buckles and can be easily removed if desired. An external horizontal zipper towards the top of the frame allows the user to access the contents without fully opening the pack. Thanks to its construction, the MARVN RUCKSACK can sit up high on the user’s back, which increases comfort when carrying a heavy load and frees up space on the lower back to allow to the use of a traditional gun belt with minimal to no interference.
