The 3800C Plate features a Polyurea coating, versus the Cordura covering of standard 3800 Plate. It is the same exact threat rating but more water resistant. The 3800C was recently selected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection as the standard issued plate for thousands of personnel.

NIJ Standard – 0101.06 Certified. You can trust your life to these plates versus non-NIJ certified models on the market.
