The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! – PLUS+ is 30% larger than the original BFG micro medic kit (MTKN). This medical pouch is for those users who want the design of the MTKN but need to carry a full-size pressure dressing and chest seal. Available with a MOLLE med kit mount that adapts to plate carriers, vests, battle belts or other MOLLE compatible surfaces. It offers the same high speed access to your medical gear as the other BFG MED MTKN and TKN trauma first aid pouches.

The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! – PLUS+ is a medic kit that is more than just an expanded version of the popular MTKN. In order to replace the proprietary mini trauma dressing and compact chest seals of the MTKN with full size components, the BFG design team reshaped the outer pouch and inner shingle to offer the most streamlined package possible. The PLUS+ medical pouch comes in ESSENTIALS, PRO and ADVANCED fill levels. The MTKN!-PLUS+ is available with a MOLLE med kit mount.
