Flexi-Boom Mic Arms are incompatible with the Gen II RAC Links. AXL recommends the 3M™ PELTOR™ Boom Microphone, MT73/1 for use with this product. 

This is the P+ Version of the Gen II RAC Link.

The Gen II RAC Link allows users to easily attach their currently owned or issued headsets to the innovative Ops-Core AMP Helmet Rail Mount Kit (RAC headset arms). The Gen II RAC Links were manufactured using an advanced manufacturing process called Multi-jet Fusion. This new material offers greater rigidity and is less prone to damage.
