BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: OPT is building a team of core professionals to further define, enhance, and expand our existing business model.

ATTRIBUTES COMMON TO ALL POSITIONS
Hours, pay and benefits:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm
OPT is a profit sharing company, quarterly we give a bonus if profits warrant it
Range membership: employees get free membership to H2O Fowl Farms range if desired
Friday lunch: every Friday I buy lunch for the crew
Employee pricing: employees have very good pricing on items we sell, items may not be bought for immediate resale.
Must live within commuting distance of OPT 

We do not have remote work positions open at this time

All employees start on a 6 month probationary status

Open Positions:

NETWORK SPECIALIST/ WEBMASTER

Responsibilities:
– Manage internal network security
– Manage website SEO
– Assist in webmaster duties as needed (adding new items, updating inventory)
– Setup new computers, software, and hardware
– Troubleshoot network issues, and hardware issues
– Assist with marketing to include social media, and email

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in network management, programming, and webmastering
– Working knowledge of current individual military gear, guns, and preferably a background in military or LE (for this position a willingness to learn is all we need)
– Advanced knowledge of computers, and Microsoft Office
– Deadline and detail-oriented
– Able to work around firearms
– Capable of basic HTML programming, or trainable
– Capable of learning Social Media and Ecom media platforms, or previous experience with them

Pay:
– Salaried position, pay is negotiable
