Our soft armor inserts meet NIJ level IIIA specifications and exceed current Interceptor OTV fragmentation requirements. The soft armor stops burst fire from sub-machine guns (without plates). True multi-hit capability. Areal density: 0.99 lbs/ft2. Internal plate pockets accept SAPI, BALCS, plates of all sizes. The UPC accepts PPM level III-A armor inserts and PPM Special Operations Multi-Hit API ceramic inserts. |
