BALCS cut soft armor fits the RBAV019, Eagle CIRS Carrier, and any other vest specifically designed to carry BALCS soft armor (see our armor carrier section). The MSA Paraclete BALCS soft armor is available from OPT in Dyneema. Specifications: Unidirectional Polyethylene Level IIIA Certified to NIJ 0101.04 and NIJ 2005 Interim Requirements.
