The pocket for the plates will keep your plates covering your vital areas regardless of the size of your plates. Our plate carrier can accommodate small thru large long plates. The shoulder pads are removable and curved and to stay away from your neck for added comfort. Built in side plate pockets are 7" H x 6.5" W. Fully adjustable, one size fits all.
